ACTIVE COMPONENTS IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL


SQUALENE
Contains highest amount of Squalene which is 2500-9250g ug/g. Squalene is a liquid organic ethers that are useful to the human immune system and as an antioxidant that protects from UV ray damage.

POLYPHENOL
Rich in polyphenol antioxidant agents such as Hydroxytyrosol and Hyroxyphenyl. High polyphenol content is good for lowering cholesterol, stabilize blood pressure and reduce the risk of coronary diseases. Olive oil with high polyphenols taste a little bitter and pungent.

ALPHA-TOCOPHEROL (VITAMIN E)
A good antioxidant to reeduce the risk of cancer and coronary heart disease. Good for hair care and protect the skin from UV rays. Olive oil contents up to 1.6mg of vitamin E.

VITAMIN K
Good to prevent blood clots.
